The founder's dilemma

You don't have an AI problem. You have a time problem.

You already know agentic sales and marketing is the largest unclaimed leverage in your business. That was never the hard part.

01 Thirty tools launch every day. You have a company to run.

Judging them properly is a full-time job. You have maybe two hours on a Sunday. And the answer you find is six weeks old by the time you act on it.

02 Your questions are too specific for the internet.

Not "what is an AI agent". More like: my sales agent books meetings that never close — is it the model, the data, or the offer? No blog post answers that. No consultant answers it in under six weeks and €40k.

03 Everyone selling you the answer is selling you something else.

Agencies sell retainers. Vendors sell seats. But the advice you need sits a long way from marketing. It is architecture, control, cost per deal, and where the thing quietly breaks.

So you do what every founder does: you park it, and it compounds against you. That's what this room is for.

State of agentic technology

Four open problems. Every one of them is a decision on your desk.

Memory, governance, security, monitoring: agentic AI is unfinished, and the gaps land on whoever has to run the thing. In August and September 2026 we analysed 416 new AI companies and the research behind them. These are the four gaps that decide whether your agentic sales and marketing ever pays for itself.

  1. Volatility >40of100

agent projects get killed by the end of 2027.

That is Gartner, and it is not a verdict on the models. They die on cost, on unclear value, and because nobody can prove they are safe. Meanwhile 57% of those 416 companies sell the base layer everyone will supposedly run on: memory, payments, identity, control. Good teams, real work, still a bet on demand that has not turned up. So the question is no longer which tool has the best features. It is which bet holds long enough to carry your pipeline.

  2. Monitoring Runs, but
    no results.

Green logs prove it ran. Not that it worked.

Five teams reported the same failure in almost the same words. Logs green, speed fine, error count zero, and the work still wrong. Most tools only ever ask the first question, so an AI sales agent can burn your best leads at full speed and file a clean report on Friday. Technical monitoring is not enough. You need a second layer that judges the output, and almost nobody builds one before the damage.

  3. AI visibility 82of100

AI citations point at somebody else’s site, not yours.

Only 6 in 100 point at pages you own or pay for, so polishing your own site is mostly wasted budget. Put the same story in five places and you can earn up to 325% more quotes. And yes, Google still sends 345× more visitors than every AI chat combined. Then look at who buys: roughly 14 in 100 arrivals from ChatGPT, against fewer than 2 in 100 from Google. A small channel with far better customers, growing while Google clicks shrink.

  4. Selling to agents No price?
    Skipped.

Your next buyer is a machine, and it will not wait.

In June 2026 ten of the biggest tech firms agreed a standard for how AI agents find and call a service. Soon those agents do the shopping for your buyers. They do not request a quote and they do not wait until Tuesday. If an agent cannot see your price it takes the vendor that shows one, and if your signup needs a click in an email it gives up and moves on. No SEO budget fixes that. Your pricing page and your onboarding flow do.

None of these four are settled, and nobody is going to settle them for you. Inside, they are worked out in the open by founders running the same systems, with the numbers attached.

What you get

A room full of people building the same thing you are.

Not a Slack you'll mute in a week. Threaded, searchable, and slow enough that the good answers stay findable.

  • 01 Open discussions, no performance Founders and technical founders working on the same problem you are — agentic outbound, RAG that survives contact with real data, evals that catch silent failure, what the CFO actually signs off on. Including the builds that didn't work, which is the half nobody posts on LinkedIn.
  • 02 Eduard is in the threads — and it costs nothing I answer questions in the forum myself, for free. Thirty years building software, thirty running businesses, and a current book of AI strategy work. The same thinking that goes into a paid session, minus the invoice and the calendar.
  • 03 The intelligence, before it becomes an article Findings out of the 5,000-source weekly sweep, model and tool leaderboards, and the prediction reports — with the falsifier attached, so you can see what would prove us wrong. Posted here first, and open to challenge.
  • 04 Playbooks that name the tool, the cost and the failure mode How the agentic systems are actually wired — for sales, for marketing, for research. Architecture, prompts, guardrails, what it costs to run per month, and where it breaks. Not "10 prompts that will change your life."

Fit check

Worth your attention — or not.

It's free, but your time isn't. Here's the honest split.

Join if you…

  • Are a founder, technical founder or operator trying to get 10x–100x more output from the same headcount.
  • Are building or buying agentic sales and marketing systems and want to know what breaks before it breaks on you.
  • Have specific questions nobody on the open internet is answering properly.
  • Would rather read the evidence and disagree with it than be handed a confident opinion.
  • Will occasionally share what worked — and what didn't.

Skip it if you…

  • Want a feed of AI news the hour it breaks.
  • Are looking for prompt packs, tool listicles or a "1,000 leads a day" growth hack.
  • Want to join to promote your product. That gets removed, not debated.
  • Just want a quick, cheap developer to ship something. It will not fit your business. This is not tech talk — it is building what comes next.
Eduard Klein

Who's in the threads

30 years building the tech. 30 years running the business.

I've written enterprise software, run Sales, Marketing and Product Development, and scaled SaaS from zero to 8M ARR. Most AI advice comes from one side of that table. This comes from both — which is the only way to tell you whether something is technically real and worth your money.

My team and I run this as an AI analyst practice: 81,518 sources analysed, roughly 5,000 more every week, turned into reports, leaderboards and working agentic systems. The community is where that gets pressure-tested by people with skin in the game.

  • 30 years in software
  • 30 years in business
  • 144 companies advised
  • 20,000+ executives trained
  • Projects up to $2B

Before you join

The questions everyone asks.

What does it cost?

Nothing. It's free to join and free to stay. No card, no trial that expires, no paid tier waiting behind the third click.

Then what's the catch?

There isn't one, but there is a reason. I run an AI analyst practice and a strategy advisory. Discussing this work in the open with founders who are actually building keeps my thinking honest and shows me where the real problems are — that's worth more to me than a paywall. If some members later want deeper 1:1 work, they know where to find it. Nobody in the community will be sold to.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The community is founders, technical founders and operators together, and that mix is deliberate — the interesting questions sit exactly where business and architecture meet. Threads get technical when the question demands it, and stay in plain language when it doesn't.

Does Eduard really answer, or is it a moderator?

I answer. That's the whole premise. It's a forum rather than a chat precisely so I can give a considered answer once and have it stay findable, instead of the same question dissolving in a scroll every week.

Is this another Slack I'll mute in a week?

It's a threaded forum, not a chat. Nothing is realtime, nothing scrolls away, everything is searchable, and you can take it as an email digest. Read it once a week and you've missed nothing.

Can I just read for a while?

Yes. Lurking is fine and most people start there. Nobody is chased for an introduction post.

What actually gets discussed?

Agentic sales and marketing systems — how they're built, what they cost to run, where they fail. Model and tool comparisons with the evidence attached. Findings from the weekly source sweep and the prediction reports. And the specific, unglamorous questions founders bring: pricing, evals, governance, hiring, what to stop doing.

How is this different from the Briefing?

The Briefing is one-way: five minutes a week, in your inbox, free. The community is where you can push back, ask follow-ups and get answers about your own business. Most people do both, and the Briefing is a good place to start if you'd rather read before you talk.
